DOV token rules

Rules dated October 23, 2026. These describe the current project implementation. They do not establish that a token or its supporting contracts have launched. Check the official contract and deployment records before participating.

Taxable buys and sells: 3%. Actual tax-vault receipts after platform fees: 45% LP distributions, 45% buyback to DEAD, 10% reserve. These shares are not fixed percentages of the total trade amount. No fixed charity allocation is defined.

Launch and supply

DOV is created through Flap with its initial purchase in the same transaction. The issuer targets a net receipt of at least 60% of actual total supply: 10% is allocated to a separate mining inventory and 50% to manual private distribution. Any excess is recorded separately and does not enlarge those allocations. Launch verification checks the transaction, actual supply and net receipts through two independent RPCs. A failed or unverifiable launch must not be treated as the official token.

Curve trading takes place on Flap. After graduation, distributions and staking use only the corresponding canonical PancakeSwap V2 LP. Actual supply, circulation, contract addresses and distribution records must be verified at launch.

Tax receipts, buybacks and reserve

The tax vault accounts for actual net receipts in a 45/45/10 split. Rounding remainder belongs to the reserve. Tax conversion, dispatch and buybacks may be processed in batches; upstream liquidation thresholds must be read from the actual token. Trigger service fees and gas use separate funding and are excluded from the allocation.

Only the official Flap Trigger callback executes buybacks: on the curve before graduation and through the canonical pool afterward. The buyback share of DOV received goes to 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD. This transfer does not reduce ERC20 totalSupply. If execution conditions fail, funds remain pending. A failed buyback reverts its token transfers and accounting use. Authorized management can withdraw the independently accounted reserve.

LP distributions after graduation

Eligible shares combine wallet LP with staked LP attributed to the same account, without double-counting custody balances. Protocol, pool, vault, zero, DEAD and configured excluded addresses do not qualify; the canonical factory's fee recipient is also excluded.

Pre-graduation distribution funds unlock in 30 completed daily tranches from the recorded graduation time, with 1/30 available per completed 24 hours and the full backlog unlocked on day 30. Later income is immediately available. The official Trigger buys DOV for the distribution vault. The daily execution snapshot determines the allocation. At most one snapshot is published per UTC day and each account can claim once for that day. Tokens arriving after publication wait for the next settlement. Distributions continue after day 30; their amount depends on actual receipts and inventory.

LP mining and withdrawal

Only staked canonical LP earns mining rewards. At daily publication, the contract calculates 1% of the current value of both assets backing the total staked LP, then converts that value into DOV using the valid execution price. A 1,000 USDT equivalent position corresponds to a 10 USDT equivalent daily target, paid in DOV. Price changes affect the token amount; this is not a guaranteed USD payout or an annualized yield promise.

Each deposit locks separately for 7 × 24 hours. A new deposit creates a new batch; only matured shares can be withdrawn. Shares are not weighted by how long they were held. The publication checks the live stake version and total shares, rejecting stale snapshots. Unpublished historical mining days are not automatically made up.

Mining uses the separate prefunded inventory, capped at 10% of actual token supply. If inventory cannot meet the complete daily target, publication pauses and the operator alerts; the target is not silently reduced.

Execution and dependencies

The issuer supplies prices and holder snapshots. Authorized execution wallets submit settlements and the contracts trust the submitted holder root. These roles are a dependency of the mechanism. The Worker checks every 60 seconds and submits only eligible actions; this interval is not a promise of execution every minute.

Prices use hourly TWAP proposals with a 60-second review delay. Mainnet accounting uses the actual BSC USDT quote. Missing, stale, insufficient-liquidity, unsynchronized or out-of-bound prices pause the affected new buybacks and mining settlement. Curve buybacks use the live Portal quote and slippage checks. Gas, service fees, budgets, balances and transaction constraints can also defer execution. Trigger requests can be recovered or refreshed under the contract's rules.

Community and participation

Peace and humanitarian advocacy posts are distinct from evidence of completed aid or charitable transfers. Any claimed activity needs its own records. Crypto assets and liquidity provision carry risks, including losses and execution delays. There is no fixed-return guarantee.
